Your account details are handled on our servers and protected. Passwords are scrambled so nobody, including us, can read them. Read more below.
How we keep your details safe
Everything you type into our forms is processed by our servers, not shown on the page and not visible to anyone else.
- Server-based forms. Sign-up, sign-in and contact forms are sent securely to our server and handled there. Nothing is processed in your browser, and no internal records are ever shown on the website.
- Scrambled passwords. Your password is turned into an unreadable code before it is saved. We can never see or email you your password.
- Protected storage. Account information is kept in protected storage on our servers that cannot be opened from the web.
- Protection against guessing. Repeated wrong sign-in attempts pause the account for a short time, and our forms have spam checks.
- No payment details. We do not ask for card or bank information, ever.
- You stay in control. Delete your account yourself at any time from your account page.

Are the games really free?
Yes. Every game on Scan Decinc is free to play. There are no purchases and no payments of any kind. Coins and levels are for fun only and have no cash value.
Why do I have to sign in to play?
Every game starts after you sign in. It keeps the website for adults only, and it lets us save your coins, level and daily bonus. Creating an account is free and takes under a minute.
Who made the games?
All of our games are our own, made in-house. They load inside our website from our own game servers, so you can play without downloading anything.
A game will not load. What can I do?
Press the Reload button above the game. If it still does not appear, check your internet connection, make sure your browser is up to date, and try turning off any ad or script blockers for this site. Still stuck? Send us a message with the game name and the device you are using.
How do coins, XP and levels work?
New accounts get 50,000 free coins. You can collect a free daily bonus on your account page, which adds coins and XP. Opening a new game each day also earns XP. Every 500 XP raises your level.
Is my password safe?
Yes. When you sign up, your password is scrambled by our server before it is saved, so it is never stored the way you typed it and we cannot read it. After several wrong tries the account is paused for a short time to stop guessing.
What happens to the details I type into your forms?
Sign-up, sign-in and contact forms are sent to our server and processed there. You never see any internal records, and nothing you enter is shown to other visitors. Messages you send us are emailed to our support team.
Do you ask for card or bank details?
Never. Nothing on Scan Decinc costs money, so we have no reason to ask. If anyone claiming to be us asks for payment details, do not reply and please tell us.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to your account page and use the Delete account section. You can also send us a message and choose Delete my account as the topic. Your account, coins and level are removed from our servers.
I forgot my password.
Send us a message with the topic Forgot password, using the email address on your account, and we will help you get back in. If you signed up with Google, simply use Continue with Google.
Can I take a break or limit my play?
Of course. Sign out and step away at any time, or ask us to restrict or close your account using the contact form. Our Responsible Play page lists free, confidential support services.
